Lucy Calkins Reading-Historical Fiction (Timelines)

 

Historical Fiction- Ok, if you think history is boring, that is about to CHANGE!  This year, you will get to read those realistic fiction books, but they will include some REAL historical facts.  For example, if you know about the Civil War (timeline of battles) you will be able to read stories that include all those real events but take you on a journey with a character that is living through it all. These are great for the IMAGINATION!
